Mission Statement

We will provide an all encompassing program dedicated to the development of an athlete’s power, quickness and speed. This will be obtained through Athletic Development Systems (ADS) staff’s tireless effort to assist in the athlete’s maximum potential.

The primary goal of ADS program is to eliminate athletic injuries both on and off the competitive stage, while improving athletic performance during offseason, preseason, season and postseason training. This is accomplished by preparing the athlete for the demands of their sport. An effective training program will improve joint stability and range of motion, increase muscular strength and power, enhance biomechanics and bring efficiency to an athlete’s energy system. This awareness will allow them to continue to excel not only as an athlete but also as a person.

HS/MS Elite Football Speed Training Class
(Mon. @ 7pm & Sat. @ 12:30pm)

This is a High School/Middle School Football speed training class where we work on explosion, quickness, power, strength, foot quickness and football specific speed!
($15.00 a class)

Women's Total Body Fit Class
(Mon. & Thurs. @ 6pm, Sat. @ 8:30am)

This is a Women's Total Body Class where we target the troublesome areas and focus on overall women's health. We do small weight training, cardio,  fitness, plyometrics and core strengthening exercises.
($10 a class or $60.00 a month) Save $60

Men's Spartan Fit Class
(Tues. @ 7:00pm)

This Men's Spartan Fit class is designed to help strengthen the body and tone up those target areas using weights, cario training and various strength building exercises.
($15.00 per class)

Youth Speed Class
(Wed. @ 6:00pm or Fri. @ 6:00pm)

This is a speed training class for all sports for kids all ages that helps to build strength and increase sport related speed. Designed to help confidence as well as their overall game!
($15.00 a class)
