PROGRAMS & PRICING
Private/Individual Training - (1 on 1 Training)
One training session a week - $50.00,   Two training sessions a week - $40.00 per session ($80.00)
This one-on-one training is our most extensive and in-depth type of training. Designed for 1 athlete who is looking for individualized attention when it comes to training. This training is for athletes who want to train twice a week to focus on specific areas to strengthen them in their sport.      Click HERE for Schedule & to Register!


Small Group Training - (2 to 4 athletes)
One training session a week - $35.00,   Two training sessions a week - $30.00 per session ($60.00)
Small group training is also an extensive and in-depth type of training. Designed for more than 1 athletes but less than 4 athletes. This type of program thrives on the thought of competition as a motivational factor. This training is for athletes who want to train twice a week to focus on specific areas to strengthen them in their sport. Large Group Training (5 to 8 athletes)
One training session a week - $25.00,   Two training sessions a week - $20.00 per session ($40.00)
This is set up for teams or groups of individuals who want to train together. This is designed for at least 5 athletes but less than 8. This usually includes athletes who are in the same sport or same positions.  We do travel to high schools, optimists clubs and any organization looking to get the most out of their team.    Click HERE for Schedule & to Register!


Large Team Training (CLASSES) -  (9 athletes or more) 
One training session a week - $15.00
This is set up for teams or groups of individuals who want to train together. This is designed for at least 9 athletes or more. This usually includes athletes who are in the same sport or same positions. ELITE Football Speed Training​
Wednesdays @ 7:00pm & Saturdays @ 12:30pm ($15.00 per class)
Speed is an obvious asset for a football player. Yes, it helps to be quick, to have good technique and overall strength. But once you use those other assets to break into the open field, there’s no substitute for pure speed. My ELITE Football Speed Development Class helps you to develop your speed to its maximum capacity. The ELITE Football Speed Training helps develop the overall skills necessary to become the great football player you want to be! Youth Speed Class (Ages 6-12)​
Wednesdays @ 6:00pm ($15.00 per class)
Experts agree that speed and agility drills can be part of any athlete's training, regardless of age. Therefore I introduce my Youth Speed Class for all young athletes ages 6 to 12 years old. This youth speed class helps implement proper form, mechanics and function with an intensity level appropriate for children's degree of physical and psychological maturity of each individual athlete. We want to ensure your athletes stay motivated and have fun.

All Sports Speed Class
Fridays @ 6:00pm ($15.00 per class)
The All Sports Speed Class is a speed development class for athletes of all sports who want to get quicker, faster and stronger. Speed is a fine motor skill and can be increased by applying principles of motor learning to speed training. Women's Total Body Fit Class (WTBF) / Women's Morning Blast Fit Class (WMBF)
(WTBF) Mon. @ 6:00pm, Thurs. @ 6:00pm & Sat. @ 8:30am  &  (WMBF) Tues., Wed., & Fri. @ 6:00-6:45am
Cost: $10.00 per class or $60.00 a month (24 potential classes)
The Total Body Fit Training for Women empowers women to get fit by strengthening the core, developing better upper body and lower body strength, teaching basic nutrition concepts & forming a foundation for healthy habits both mentally and physically.    Click HERE for Schedule & to Register!

Men's Spartan Fit Class
Times: Tuesdays @ 7:00pm & Thursday @ 7:00pm
Cost: $10.00 per class
Fellas we didn't want to leave you out! The Men's Spartan Fit Class is designed to help our aging bodies renew their vigor through strength training, endurance training and modified speed work. Personal Training
Training Times by Appointment
Cost: $50.00 for once a week, $70.00 for twice a week, $105.00 for 3 times a week
